Terms and Conditions
About this website
AmPm Casino is published at am-pm.app as an independent guide. We are not the operator of the casino we write about, we do not hold player funds, and no account can be opened, funded or closed here. The casino itself is run by WoT N.V. under licence GLH-OCCHKTW0703102023, and any question about an account, a balance or a bonus has to go to them. Everything on this website is editorial: descriptions, comparisons and opinions written by us. Our links to the casino run through go.afftrackio.com, which is how a visit that starts here is credited to us. This edition is published in 23 language versions, and the English text is the reference version where a translation is unclear.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to everyone who reads this website. By using it you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. We may update these terms when the law changes or when the way we publish changes; the version on this page is always the one in force, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
Who may use this website
This site is intended for adults of legal gambling age in their own country, which is 18 in most places and higher in some. If you are below that age, you must not use this site. Gambling is restricted or prohibited in many jurisdictions, and it is your responsibility to know the rules that apply where you live. Nothing here is an invitation to gamble where doing so would break the law.
Information, not advice
We take care over accuracy, but the operators we write about change their offers, their terms and their game libraries without telling us. Bonus amounts, wagering requirements, payment methods, withdrawal times and country restrictions all move. Before you deposit anywhere, read the operator’s own terms and treat them as the only binding version. Where our description and the operator’s terms disagree, the operator’s terms win.
Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice. No article here promises a result, and no strategy described here can change the mathematical edge built into a casino game.
How we are paid
We earn a commission when a reader follows a link from this site, opens an account and plays. That costs the reader nothing: the price is the same whether you arrive through us or type the address yourself. Commission does not buy a good review. We publish the drawbacks we find, and a brand that pays more does not get a softer verdict.
Acceptable use
You may read, print and share our pages for your own use. You may not copy the text wholesale onto another website, scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other readers, attempt to break into any part of it, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful material. We may block access where we see any of that happening.
Intellectual property
The text, layout and original graphics on this site belong to us. Brand names, logos and game titles belong to their owners and appear here for identification and comment, which is what trade mark law allows. We claim no association with, or endorsement by, any operator or game studio we write about.
Links to other sites
Outbound links lead to sites we do not control. We check them when we publish and from time to time afterwards, but we cannot police them continuously. Once you leave this site, the terms and privacy policy of whatever you land on apply, not ours.
Limits on our liability
This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or up to date to the minute. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for gambling losses, for money lost through an operator, for decisions taken on the strength of something you read here, or for any indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.
If part of these terms fails
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force. A delay in enforcing something is not a waiver of it. These terms are governed by the law of the place we are established, and nothing in them removes a consumer protection you hold where you live.
